Soybean output in Europe could reach a record 12.5 million tonnes in 2024, up 3.7% vs 2023, according to Donau Soja forecasts. This growth is mainly the result of a larger soya area (+13.4% in total Europe). Soya output in Ukraine is likely to exceed 5.0 million tonnes in 2024 vs 4.75 million tonnes in 2023. This harvested volume could mean a record soya output in Ukraine and be 35% higher compared to the 5-year average of 2019-2023.
