Last week, the Environmental Committee of the European Parliament announced the new members for the Commission Expert Group/Multi-Stakeholder Platform on Protecting and Restoring the World’s Forests, including the EU Timber Regulation and the FLEGT Regulation (E03282), responsible for the implementation of the EUDR. Donau Soja is among only 13 organisations that were selected. This allows us to bring key issues of the EUDR affecting our members and the European soy sector directly to the decision-makers, and to be the first to inform our members and partners about new developments. The selection of Donau Soja reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship and influential role in shaping sustainable practices within the European agricultural sector.
